From my earliest memories...I always enjoyed being creative. I loved to draw, paint and write poetry. I even had a girlfriend ask me one time to write a love letter to her boyfriend. I first expressed myself through drawing and writing...and then photography. I remember taking pictures at a young age, which inspired me to buy myself a Polaroid instamatic camera because I could not wait to get them developed. As you can imagine, the birth of the digital camera was an awesome event for someone like me.

Being a Christian is such a huge part of who I am...which means it has a big effect on my art. I love capturing God’s creation for all the world to see. It brings me great delight to just sit and marvel at what He has so effortlessly created. What a masterpiece! What an awesome God to give us such great beauty simply for our pleasure. God saw fit to bless me with an eye for photography, and that has resulted in so many incredible opportunities. Being able to capture images and brief moments in time for others to see is such an honor. I cannot tell you what a privilege it is to know that my art hangs in so many homes.
